Safe, Respectful Learners

Ingleburn High School

A comprehensive high school for a diverse multi -cultural school community this school is projected to double its school population by 2031. To meet this growth the project scope involves 10 new permanent teaching spaces; associated Outdoor Learning Spaces (COLA) and the replacement of four demountables with teaching spaces.

Guided by the DE’s five Education principles, consultation with school and community stakeholders (PRG) established:

  • Configuring the new building to provide a new ‘face’ for the school - visible learning and teaching.
  • Configuring new teaching spaces to accommodate a variety of uses and to support their objectives of creating a culture of high expectations.
  • Providing spaces which respond to cultural needs of School’s students, parents and surrounding community.
