Ramsgate Park
The 3.3-hectare former Darrell Lea factory site has been transformed into a mixed-use masterplanned community that included 550 apartments across four residential buildings as well as 20 townhouses.
The unique position of Ramsgate Park adopted a high density living model designed which encouraged community access. By positioning the buildings on the outer edge of the site it created a large scale community greenspace in the centre with a central pathway to connect the four buildings. The residential buildings contained rooftop terrace gardens running along the southern side with views over Botany Bay and Sydney’s CBD from level three upwards.
The development also included a new childcare centre and a gym for the local community.
