Alex Lin

A graduate of the prestigious Southeast University (SEU) Nanjing, Alex gained professional experience in the design and delivery of a range of civic, residential and commercial architectural projects at the Wuxi Urban Design Institute and Fuzhou Architectural Design Institute where he was chief architect in the Fan Huang Lin studio.

Appointed a Director in 2007, Alex is highly skilled in architectural and construction documentation with close attention to detail in all aspects of the project. He has extensive Sydney and East Asia project experience in interior refurbishment, as well as commercial and residential buildings. He contributed to the No.1 O’Connell street tower in Sydney. Alex is currently leading a team working on a 680 apartment and retail development at Macquarie Park and the Poly Horizon 500 apartment residential development at Epping.

A nationally registered P.R. China architect (senior grade), Alex’s cross cultural life and practice experiences frame his in-depth understanding of cultural expectations of East Asia clients and their investment in project developments. Alex undertakes feasibility analysis of project proposals and potential sites to explore development opportunities that meet investor’s aspirations. Alex’s ability to consolidate a development’s potential for approval is well regarded and affirmed by returning clients.
