Siobhan McInerney

Siobhan brings her extensive experience in designing urban settings and cultural buildings in sensitive civic contexts to her expertise in the architectural design of high density residential and commercial tower buildings in city settings.

From imaginative conception to design development, Siobhan’s well recognised capability is in the design and detail resolution of projects, whether at the macro scale of urban precincts or the fine grain craft of bespoke architectural detailing. She achieves highly successful outcomes through excellent working relationships and liaison with councils, design review panels and approval authorities, affirming her design skills and presentation communication capability.

Appointed a Director in 2013, Siobhan is currently leading the design development of the 60, 35 and 25 storey mixed-use buildings of the competition winning Cumberland News Ltd site at Parramatta; construction delivery of four apartment buildings in the Overland Gardens project at Rosebery and the Revy apartments at Darling Island, Pyrmont.

Siobhan is regularly invited to comment on architectural design issues, contributes to industry forums such as the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and has participated in graduation design studios as a design tutor and invited critic at many Sydney universities.
