We're thrilled to see that our masterplan for Wyong Village (formerly Oasis Caratel Caravan Park) in Kanwal on the Central Coast has received Approval from the Department of Planning!
This comes after the site was selected as one of only four in NSW to be included in the original Accelerated Planning Proposal Pathway, announced by the Premier in December 2023.
The redevelopment of this existing inland caravan park (the Oasis) will create a vibrant mixed-use community of 675+ apartments with complementary commercial spaces, located with access to existing services at Kanwal Village.
As the Central Coast's largest rezoning of late, this project solidifies PTW as being at the forefront of multi-residential planning in NSW.
