Diane Jones Speaks on Leadership at UNSW’s Leadership at Work

Last Friday, PTW Executive Director and UNSW Adjunct Professor Built Environment Diane Jones took part in UNSW’s Leadership at Work event, where she appeared on a panel to discuss her experiences, challenges, and insights as a leader and how young and aspiring ones can begin to develop the right mindsets and skills to lead successfully in the future. She was also able to share more of her experiences with and offer advice to students during a structured networking session later in the day.

In addition to the panel discussion, Diane led a mentor session, providing guidance on leadership and teamwork to a small group of students as they tackled a realistic workplace scenario.

Thank you to UNSW for an inspiring event, the students for their attentiveness and thoughtful questions, and to moderator Maja Paleka and other panellists David Provest, Jennifer Cheung, and Mitchell McBurnie for an engaging and insightful panel discussion. Diane’s participation reflects PTW’s ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of talent within our industry.
