This enlightening discussion moderated by V. Suresh, Former Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO, Chairman of IGBC Policy & Advocacy Committee focussed on the following key themes:

• How high rise buildings might change in the coming years

• How should architects, E&C and real estate evolve and collaborate

• Building spaces and creating experiences that match how we want to live, work, play, and shop to be successful in the future

The conference also brought together industry leaders to discuss various aspects of high rise planning, liveability and integrated design, new typologies, lifestyle creation and community living, innovative structural engineering and construction methods as well as technologies to maximise sustainability and efficiency.
