Located in a prominent location on the eastern side of Pacific Highway, the 43 level ­­mixed use BTR development includes 418 units, retail hospitality and commercial spaces. The public realm is intended to provide a focus to the disjointed surrounding public spaces. The space will encourage community interaction - a space of calm within Chatswood’s high energy dynamic environment.

Responding to Country, the approach to the ground plane was inspired by the northern ridge (Pacific Highway) an important landscape form and historic movement path stretching north from Sydney CBD. The outdoor gathering space will create an opportunity to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of community, history and shared experiences.

The key principles embedding wellbeing and Connecting with Country were well articulated and commended by the Jury.
