Blue at Lavender Bay
在此项建筑的平面和表皮翻新工作中，PTW被要求采用创新的设计来体现地块的稀有滨海位置和预期用户群的特质。
设计团队以反应海滨特色的“蓝”为主题生成四个方案：Sublime Canvas, Bohemian Rhapsody, Deco Refresh and Bay Bespoke。其中三个以独特的材料组合和细节把控进行细化所产生的丰富感官层次得到客户的认可。
