Newcastle East Masterplan
PTW were engaged to provide consultancy services for the Newcastle East Masterplan to meet the needs of current and future generations of Newcastle’s citizens.
The objectives involved:
- Public thoroughfare from the Harbour to the Cathedral - north meets south
- DDA accessibility
- Preservation of view corridors
- Reinstatement of some publicly available commercial car parking
- Upgraded public domain
- Seniors community facility within the development
