Approved! 3-9 Park Ave among Gordon's First SSDA Approved Developments

We're excited to announce that our project for CPDM, 3-9 Park Ave, has received SSDA approval!

Located 200m north-east of Gordon Station, the 9-storey residential building will include 100 apartments (69 market and 31 affordable) of 1-4 bedrooms.

The 31 affordable homes will cater to low-income households and Sydney’s essential workers including teachers, nurses, and first responders.
