Bio
A graduate of the prestigious Southeast University (SEU) Nanjing, Alex gained professional experience in the design and delivery of a range of civic, residential and commercial architectural projects at the Wuxi Urban Design Institute and Fuzhou Architectural Design Institute where he was chief architect in the Fan Huang Lin studio.
Appointed as PTW Director in 2007, Alex has extensive Sydney and East Asia project experience in commercial, residential and mixed use buildings as well as interior refurbishment. He contributed to the No.1 O’Connell street tower in Sydney and more recently has led the triple tower mixed use project at 88 Christie Street St Leonards, a 680 apartment and retail development at Macquarie Park and the Poly Horizon 500 apartment residential development at Epping.
A nationally registered P.R. China architect (senior grade), Alex’s cross cultural life and practice experiences frame his in-depth understanding of cultural expectations of East Asia clients and their investment in project developments.
