Bio
With 15 years practice experience Jacob brings a depth of understanding in relation to conceiving and realizing a wide range of projects.
His comprehensive approach is agile and flexible and accommodates differing aspects of a project. Jacob values consultation, enjoys active client interaction and is well respected by construction teams for his project supervision.
In his solution - orientated approach to practice Jacob’s fine - grained attention to detail and functionality is well recognized. Complementing this is his ability to communicate design ideas and technical solutions with hand drawn sketches and details. This is particularly evident in Jacob’s role as the Project Responsible Person (PRP) for the Harold Park and 61 Lavender Street projects. This role required specific, detailed BIM and 3D modelling co-ordination with structural, façade and service consultants.
Jacob advocates and implements a ‘paperless’ approach to team communication, effective and efficient project management.
Jacob’s leadership of the Sydney documentation team located in Vietnam informs his use and investigation of software and technology such as Revit, BIM, 360 Design, trello, Skype, Autodesk A360 and a range of ipad applications.
