210 - 220 George Street

The 210-220 George Street project is a new 24 story, 102m tall office tower located at George & Dalley Streets in Sydney’s CBD. The project consists of a high-rise component over a larger component oriented to the street and the immediate urban context. These two elements are linked by a terrace level near the mid-height and features a retail and mezzanine level at the base. The project includes an offset elevator core and internal atriums integrated in the typical floor plates.

The design of the office spaces sought to prioritize the health and wellbeing of the occupants, along with improving energy performance. This development combines the following to create a comfortable and quality space for tenants and users:

  • Efficient lease span
  • Maximise daylight
  • Capture views
  • Efficient circulation
  • Excellent amenities and services
  • A Grade systems and performance

A user-centric building design, the Poly Sydney Plaza represents the next generation of high performance design by supporting human wellness and encourage passive systems. These systems integrate seamlessly as part of the architectural design. This building will raise the bar for Sydney’s commercial building with a 6 star ESD standard goal.
