Blue at Lavender Bay

PTW has undertaken the refurbishment of the architecture floorplans and facade and was asked to provide an innovative design reflective of its highly desirable harbourside location as well as the profile of the anticipated user groups.

The theme was established as ‘Blue’ to reflect the harbour setting. The design team developed these ideas into four options: Sublime Canvas, Bohemian Rhapsody, Deco Refresh and Bay Bespoke which incorporated aspects of the historic and cultural context. Three of these have been developed through a unique combination of materials and attention to detail which have delighted the client in providing rich sensual palettes.
