City Garden
City Garden is one of the first top quality residential developments in the rapidly urbanizing Ho Chi Minh City in South Vietnam.
The 127,500 square meter complex provided 927 high-end apartments with access to various tenant amenities set in lush parkland. The three tallest towers were approximately 110m high offering extensive views out from curving balconies. Facades were accentuated by an undulating façade which provided both privacy and solar protection.
The unique shape of the towers and landscape derived from the curving hillside rice plantations of rural Vietnam.
