The building comprises three main functional zone; commercial, commercial offices as well as a hotel articulated through opulent rooftop-level amenities with designated public access from street level.

The structural façade generates a climatic buffer between outdoor and indoor providing sun shading, heat reduction and noise mitigation, while also facilitating maintenance activities.

The thoughtful structural design solution allows flexible internal space at all floor level, while also generating a unique diagrid façade system that elevates this mixed-use project to landmark status.
