This project in the heart of the high street acts as a catalyst for the development as a public square, improving pedestrian links over steep terrain from the train station to the municipalities’ civic centre and retail centre. The project also brings much needed commercial office space to the centre offering diversity to the retail and residential development that characterises this area. The building activates the square on two levels with shops and restaurants, while the tower, in its crisp lines stands back to let the square be the main event.
