Park City Mall

Park City Shopping Mall is designed to become a neighbourhood community destination which will support a contemporary type of urbanism in Hanoi. The development represents a new approach to urban place-making focused on creating a lively, qualitative and safe pedestrian environment.

The Mall forms part of the first phase of the larger master planned township which will become an active and comprehensive Live-Work-Learn-Play community by embracing a mix of uses including retail, culture, education, and by extension becoming a destination and attraction for the surrounding urban districts and neighbourhoods.

The facility includes retail, food and beverage, entertainment, education, corporate offices, cinemas along with an exclusive clubhouse providing 40,000 square metres of gross floor area supported by a 17,000 square metre parking amenity.
