We are pleased to announce that BLUE at Lavender Bay recently received a commendation in the High-Density Development category of the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.
This commendation comes after the project also won the High-Density Residential Development award at the Urban Taskforce Australia 2022 Development Excellence Awards last month. Blue at Lavender Bay was also finalist in The Urban Developer Awards, Development of the Year for both Urban Regeneration and High-Density Residential categories.
