Bio
As executive director of the Vietnam practice - a role he has held for over a decade - Henrik comes with a breadth of cross-sector experience on multiple continents, having worked on mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, education, cultural and comprehensive master planning projects throughout Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
In addition, what sets Henrik apart is his dedication to the creative process and sustainable design principles. A testament to the former is Henrik's illustrious list of awards and competition-winning designs - some recent ones of note being the Vietnam National Architecture Prize for Intercontinental Hotel and Resort, Phu Quoc Island and his competition-winning design for the Royal Garden, Ho Chi Minh City.
Henrik remains abreast of the latest developments in sustainability through ongoing education with experiences in a range of sustainable design and building systems, including LEED, BREEAM, Passivhaus, Vietnam Green Building Council's LOTUS as well as the Swedish Green Building Council's Miljöbyggnad.
Moreover, Henrik is a graduate of the prestigious Oxford University, where he earned two master degrees, not only in architecture but also in development practices focusing on urbanisation in emerging markets.
As a result, Henrik's leadership has been instrumental in the ongoing success of our Vietnam practice.
